For over eighteen years, Joshua has served in just about every role in ministry. Before coming to Langston, he has served as senior pastor of Crow Hill Bible Church in Bailey Colorado where he was a catalyst leader behind a discipleship and micro-church planting strategy in the Colorado foothills that saw over forty new disciples made and three micro-churches planted. Joshua also helped plant Normandy Community Church in Dallas Texas. He holds a Bachelors degree in history from Georgia State University, a Masters of Theology Degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, and is currently working on his Doctorate in Church Growth and Multiplication at Biola University. A three on the enneagram, you can find Joshua searching for someone to compete with, complaining about bad coffee, and attempting to match his socks with his shoes laces. He believes that somewhere in the world there is a billionaire that masquerades at night as a masked vigilante. He and his wife Sara have been married for eleven years and have three kids; Caleb (8), Micah (4), and Ethan (1) who love Star Wars and jumping on trampolines.
Chase Harrington is a born and raised native of Conway, South Carolina. He has been a part of ministry through music for the majority of his life. His parents were traveling musicians, and Chase began singing along with them when he was a young boy. Now, as a man, Chase has his own calling to use his talents for the glory of God. Chase’s goal for the Langston Baptist music department is to include a style of worship for everyone. He understands there is a perfect balance somewhere between traditional and contemporary music, and he is determined to find it. In Chase’s free time you can find him playing the piano, listening to music (specifically with one AirPod in) or most likely eating Chick-fil-A. He married his wife, Allison, in the fall of 2019 and they welcomed a beautiful baby girl, Lydia, in April of 2021.
