Kirk is from Knoxville, TN and has been heavily involved in the music ministry since he began playing in his student worship band in middle school. After graduating high school he began traveling with a couple different christian bands for the next decade. Towards the end of his traveling days he pursued songwriting and landed a publishing deal in Nashville where he enjoyed writing with all kinds of different artists and personalities from all walks of life. He also began a small production company where he produced many records, music videos, small business videos, etc.  He now uses all these skillsets in the church to magnify the name and power of Jesus.

 

God called Kirk and his wife, Emily, to move their family of 5 from Knoxville, TN to Langston Baptist Church in the summer of 2022. Kirk and Emily have been married since 2013 and now have 3 kids: Deacon, Langston & Piersyn.
